Tuition Structure
Tuition and all academic fees, per year;

BHL:
Foreign Students: $18,000
US Residents: $7,000
US residents who are members of The Shul for at least one year: $3,000
Scholarships are available and confidential

FINANCIAL AID:
A limited number of partial tuition scholarships and work-study grant are available. Please note your financial aid needs when you apply for admission.


MHL: $15,000
Room and board: $10,000

FINANCIAL AID
All M.H.L. smicha students will receive a financial aid package of scholarships, fellowships and work-study grants to cover the total costs of tuition, room and board.

Tuition Refund Policy
1. Tuition must be paid prior to the first class meeting each academic year.
2. If a student withdraws during the first month of classes, he will receive a 70% refund of the annual tuition.
3. If a student withdraws between the beginning of the fifth week of the first trimester and the fourth week of the second trimester, he will receive a 40% refund of the annual tuition.
4. If a student withdraws between the fifth week of the second trimester and the end of the second trimester, he will receive a 25% refund of the annual tuition.
5. After the end of the second trimester, there will be no refund of the annual tuition.

Course Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that a published course is cancelled, the student will be afforded the opportunity to register for substitute course(s)

Attendance policy
Attendance is mandatory at CYS College courses. Any student who misses more than ten per cent of the class meetings except under exceptional circumstances will be dropped from the class.
